At Unscriptogetic, we believe in delivering bold style with real-life convenience. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your unapologetic gear gets to your doorstep.




PROCESSING TIMES


We process all orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before your items ship out. We’re a small but mighty team—packing each order with care (and love).

We currently ship within the United States.

Unscriptogetic Fam Questions


Q: What does “Unscriptogetic” mean?

A: It’s our made-up word (and our mantra). A mix of “unscripted” and “unapologetic.” We’re for families who live real, loud, and bold—no filters, no perfection, just love.




Q: What sizes do you offer?

A: We proudly offer sizes XS–3XL in adult styles and 2T–Youth XL for kids. Fit details are included on each product page.

 

Q: How long will my order take to ship?

A: Orders ship in 2–4 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after that. Expedited options are available at checkout.




Q: Can I cancel or edit my order?

A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll try! Email us ASAP at support@unscriptogetic.com. Once it ships, we can’t make changes.




Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Not yet, but we’re working on it! Sign up for emails to be the first to know when we launch global shipping.

At Unscriptogetic, we stand behind the quality of our apparel—and we want you to feel just as confident wearing it as we did creating it.


OUR PROMISE


If something’s not quite right, we’ve got you.


You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• In original condition with tags intact

 

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Email support@unscriptogetic.com with your order number and issue.

2. Let us know if you’d like a refund or exchange.

3. We’ll send return instructions (and a shipping label if eligible).


Note: For returns, $5.95 may be deducted for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).

 

REFUNDS


Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for it to be processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
